Shipping Policy

We ship through Shiprocket for orders within India. 

For handwork sarees, we start processing only after an order is confirmed online. Orders are usually shipped within 10-12 business days. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed. 

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

​CHARGES

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free except for "buy one get one" discounted items.

​TRACKING

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with shipping agency's tracking page.

For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at ethnicsaroj@gmail.com

​Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. To fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of a delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. 

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images of the same. We will refund the amount or send you a different package.

In case of return/exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

CANCELATION

In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. We work on made to order basis, and once your order is in production it cant be cancelled.
